It looks like we may have enough interest started to do an ornament exchange.

Let's see if we can get ten carvers to participate by the end of the week.

If you are able to participate, please post here on this forum

Ornament should be simple, about 2 inches to 6 inches.

Each carver will carve one ornament and mail it to the recipient

We can determine the deadline after we get some participants.

As participants sign up, I will keep the list current then determine who sends to who.

you can put me down... I should have pleanty laying around.. I just carve them as they are kind of of a no brainer afther the first 12 or so.. just to keep my mind and my hands busy..

Was checking to see what you were carving??and just where you are located there?? did you get any of the snow??

? so there is no way to add to the list?? so I am guessing that you will post it as soon as you get 12 listed?? that's a good list.. maybe folks will be impressed whith what they receive and spread the word..

Great! Maybe we can keep this thing active.

We are located Northwest of Crossville,TN on the Cumberland Plateau. We got a little of the snow but not much. Most of ours came as rain. But it is very cold(For Tennessee) and we haven't seen much sun for a while.

I am currently working on about 8 hiking staffs and walking sticks plus a large Nativity for next Christmas. I really enjoy doing Hiking Staffs and Christmas stuff so that is mostly what I carve.

Hopefully, we can get 10 or 12 on the list this week

chrismas orements are so much fun. and you can make them in so many different sizes.
